View Our Culture page
Our Culture is the public, employee facing page that shows your organisation’s mission, vision, values, behaviour examples, and the action plan that holds the values to account.
Open the page
- Sidebar then Our Culture.
If your organisation has set up culture content, you see:
- A hero with your mission statement
- Vision and purpose
- The values, each with a description and example behaviours
- The Culture Action Plan, listing what the org is doing to embed each value
If nothing has been configured yet, employees see a placeholder explaining the page is being set up. Admins see a button to open the Culture Builder.
What employees can do here
- Read the mission, vision, and values.
- Expand each value to see the behaviours that bring it to life.
- See the Culture Action Plan as a list of in flight initiatives.
- Click into any shoutout linked to a value to see real examples from the team.
Print or export
There’s a PDF export option in the top right. Useful for:
- Onboarding packs
- Team handbooks
- Posters for the office wall
- All hands deck
Edit the page (admins)
Admins see a small Edit action that opens the Culture Builder. See Use the Culture Builder for how to write or update the content.
The page is intentionally not editable from this view. Edits all happen in the builder so you can review and publish as a single change instead of accidentally publishing half written content.
