Sign in to Your HR Toolkit
Your HR Toolkit lives at app.yourhrtoolkit.com. You’ll have received an invite email when your admin added you.
Signing in for the first time
- Open the invite email and click the set password link.
- Enter a password (at least 8 characters), then enter it again to confirm.
- Click Set password and sign in. You’ll land on your dashboard.
If you didn’t get the invite, check your junk folder. If it’s still missing, ask your HR admin to resend it. They can do that from the All Employees page (see Invite an employee to the platform).
Returning sign in
- Go to app.yourhrtoolkit.com.
- Enter your work email and password.
- Click Sign in.
- If your organisation has 2FA turned on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to finish signing in.
Forgot your password?
Click Forgot password? on the sign in form, or see Reset your password.
”Need access?”
If you don’t have an account yet, the sign in screen will tell you to contact your HR administrator. Only an admin at your organisation can create or invite you to a platform account. Your HR Toolkit doesn’t run a public self-signup for individual users.
