View your performance summary

My Performance is your personal performance hub: goals, 1:1 notes from meetings with your manager, reviews you’ve completed, and ratings history. It’s read mostly view of everything performance related to you.

Open My Performance

  1. Sidebar then Me then My Performance.

The page is split into sections:

Goals

Your active goals at the top, closed goals below.

For each goal you can see:

  • The title and description
  • Current progress
  • Due date or review cycle
  • Latest comment from you or your manager

You can update progress and add comments here without going to the main goals page. Edit opens the full goal editor.

1:1 history

A list of your 1:1 meetings with your manager. Each row shows:

  • Date
  • Duration
  • Status (scheduled, completed, missed)
  • A preview of the agenda

Click into any past 1:1 to read the notes. You can also see notes you contributed before the meeting and any commitments you made.

Reviews

Your completed performance reviews, newest first. Each review shows:

  • Cycle name (e.g. Annual review 2025)
  • Date completed
  • Your overall rating (if your org uses ratings)
  • Manager feedback summary
  • Goals set for the next period

Ratings history

If your org rates performance, this section shows your ratings over time as a trend. Useful context heading into a salary review or for your own reflection.

What you can’t see here

  • Pay and salary history (lives under My Pay and Super)
  • Formal performance documents like warnings or PIPs (those are under My Documents and notify you when issued)
  • Other people’s performance data, even your team’s

Sharing with your next manager

If you’re moving into a new team or new role, you can export a summary:

  1. Export performance summary at the top right.
  2. Pick what to include (goals, reviews, ratings).
  3. Download the PDF.

The export is yours. Share it with whoever you choose.
