Use the resource library
The Resource Library is a curated set of plug and play HR resources your team can use without leaving the platform: calculators, quick reference guides, conversation scripts, and ready to send templates.
Open the library
- Sidebar then Resources.
You see resources grouped by category:
- Calculators. Annual leave loading, redundancy pay, casual conversion eligibility, super back pay, payroll tax thresholds.
- Conversation guides. First written warning script, return to work conversation, exit interview structure, salary review conversation, performance feedback (radical candor framework).
- Templates. Letter of appointment, role offer letter, position description, exit pack.
- Reference cards. Modern award rates and provisions for the awards you’re subscribed to.
- Compliance checklists. Annual WHS audit, Fair Work compliance review, end of financial year checklist.
Open a resource
Click any tile. Each resource opens in its own page:
- Calculators are interactive (fill in the inputs, get a result, copy to clipboard).
- Guides are read only with a print/PDF option.
- Templates have a Use this button that opens the document generator with the template loaded.
- Reference cards link straight to the relevant Fair Work source.
Pin your favourites
Click the pin icon on any tile to add it to your favourites bar at the top of the page. Useful for the calculators and guides you use weekly.
What’s added over time
The library updates with the platform. New tools are added when legislation changes, when new award provisions are confirmed, or when common HR scenarios get a clear best practice. Recently updated resources are flagged with a “new” badge for two weeks.
Where they live
Resources are read only from the library, but most of them have a “Use this in [feature]” button:
- Calculators are also wired into pay reviews and termination processing
- Conversation guides are linked from the relevant performance flow
- Templates are also in the document generator
- Compliance checklists are linked from the compliance calendar
So you don’t have to come back to this page every time. The library is the catalogue.
