View and export form results

Once a form is published and getting submissions, the results page shows everything that’s come in. You can filter, drill into individual submissions, and export.

Open form results

  1. Sidebar then Forms.
  2. Published tab.
  3. Click the form. Results is the default view on the detail page.

Live counter

At the top:

  • Total submissions
  • Submissions this week
  • Most recent submission timestamp
  • Submitters identified vs anonymous (if the form allows anonymous)

Submissions list

Each row is one submission. Columns show:

  • Submitter (name, or “Anonymous”)
  • Submitted date and time
  • Status (new, viewed, actioned, archived)
  • Key field values (the platform picks the most relevant fields to show inline)

Click a row to see the full submission with every field and every attachment.

Filter the list by:

  • Status (new only, actioned only)
  • Date range
  • Submitter
  • Field value (e.g. “show me all submissions where ‘urgency’ is ‘high’”)

Search by free text across all fields.

Action a submission

For forms that need a response, each submission has actions:

  • Mark actioned when you’ve handled it.
  • Reply opens the comms editor pre populated with the submitter’s details and the submission summary.
  • Generate workflow triggers any workflow this form is configured to fire (e.g. “Submit a leave request” form auto creates a leave request from the submission).

Export

Export at the top right gives you:

  • CSV. All submissions in spreadsheet form. Honours your filter, so you can export a subset.
  • PDF report. Summary with response counts and a chart per question. Useful for sharing with leadership.

Privacy and access

Forms can be configured to restrict who sees results:

  • All admins. Default.
  • Form owner only. Useful for sensitive forms (whistleblower, HR contact form).
  • Specific list. Pick the users.

The setting lives on the form’s settings tab.
