Manage billing and subscription

Billing for Your HR Toolkit is handled through the platform settings. You can see your current plan, update payment details, download past invoices, and change plans without contacting support.

Open billing

  1. Sidebar then Settings.
  2. Billing and support section.

Current plan

The summary shows:

  • Plan name (Starter, Growth, Enterprise, or your custom plan)
  • Per employee per month price
  • Active employees billed this period
  • Total monthly cost
  • Next billing date

Active employees

You’re billed on active employees only. Onboarding, offboarding, and terminated employees don’t count.

If you have someone on long term leave, they still count as active. For seasonal businesses with a lot of turnover, the per active model keeps the bill predictable.

Update payment method

  1. Under Payment method, click Update card.
  2. Enter the new card details on the secure form.
  3. Save.

The platform never stores raw card details. Card processing is via Stripe. Old cards are removed once a new one is verified.

Download invoices

The Invoices section lists every invoice. Click any one to download the PDF. Useful for end of month reconciliation or year end expense review.

You can also forward an invoice copy to your accounts team. Forward to email sends a copy to whatever email you specify.

Change plan

If you want to upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Change plan.
  2. Pick the new plan.
  3. Review what changes (features unlocked, employee tier).
  4. Confirm.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you don’t lose features mid month.

Cancel

If you need to cancel:

  1. Cancel subscription at the bottom of the billing page.
  2. Pick a reason (helps us improve).
  3. Confirm.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate, then deleted in line with our data retention policy.
