Upload and publish a policy
Your policy library is where every policy lives. Once published, you can ask your team to read and acknowledge it, and the platform tracks who has and who hasn’t.
Upload a policy
- Sidebar then Policies.
- New policy in the top right.
- Enter a title. Avoid numbered headings like “1.0 Code of Conduct”. Just call it “Code of Conduct”.
- Either upload an existing PDF/Word doc, or use the AI assisted draft option to generate a starting point.
- Pick a policy group if you want to organise it (for example, “WHS” or “Onboarding”).
- Save as draft to keep working, or Publish to make it visible to staff.
Request acknowledgements
- Open the policy from the library.
- Send for acknowledgement.
- Pick everyone, or a specific group, location, or team.
- Set a deadline if you want one (optional).
- Send.
Each employee gets an email and an in-platform task. They open the policy, scroll to the end, and click Acknowledge. The acknowledgement is logged with their name, the timestamp, and the policy version.
Where to find acknowledgement status
Open the policy and look at the Acknowledgements tab. You’ll see who has signed, who hasn’t, and whose deadline has passed.
