Use the Performance Management hub

Performance Management is the admin level view across every formal performance matter in your organisation: warnings, PIPs, records of discussion, and the outcomes. Use it for HR oversight, audit, and to spot patterns.

Open the hub

  1. Sidebar then Performance Management (admin only, lives in the HR Hub section).

You see a register, one row per active matter. Each row shows the employee, the document type, the date issued, who issued it, the status (active, in progress, closed), and the next milestone.

What you can see

  • Active matters. Anything currently open with action ahead.
  • Closed matters. Completed, with the outcome.
  • Filter by employee, manager, document type, date range, status.

Drill into a matter

Click any row to see:

  • The full document trail (warning then PIP then outcome letter, in date order)
  • Comments and notes against the matter
  • Next scheduled action (e.g. “PIP review meeting due in 5 days”)
  • Outcome decision when the matter closes

Add a new matter manually

Most matters start through Issue a performance document. You can also start one manually from this page if you want to track something separately (e.g. an informal conversation that didn’t generate a document but you want logged).

  1. New matter.
  2. Pick the employee and the type.
  3. Add a note describing what’s been raised.
  4. Save.

You can attach documents to the matter later as it develops.

Reporting

The performance management hub feeds the Performance management report in the reports area. Useful for:

  • Quarterly board summaries
  • Diversity and inclusion checks (are formal matters being raised evenly across teams?)
  • Compliance reviews

Privacy

Only admins can see the performance management hub. Managers see their own team’s documents on the employee profile only. Employees see their own documents under My Documents.
